FIELD TRIPS are offered during Apple Harvest, Tuesdays - Fridays, September 11 - October 19 between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Tuesdays through Thursdays, and 9:00 - 11:00 Fridays, with booking times every 15 minutes. Tour takes approximately 1.5 hours, or up to 2 hours for large groups. Please allow adequate driving time, as well as time for restrooms and check in once arrived when planning your tour start time. Field trips are designed for ages preschool through Grade 3.

SUMMER FIELD TRIPS: Due to limited supplies of summer fruits, we are unable to offer summer field trips.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES: Tougas Family Farm does not offer Birthday Parties.

 

 

 

FALL FIELD TRIP PACKAGES

APPLE FIELD TRIP: Activities include wagon ride around the orchard, picking 5 apples (1/4 peck bag), plus an apple to eat in the orchard, coloring book and sticker, and use of the Barnyard, Playground, and Picnic area.

PRICE: $5.25 per each person, including students, chaperones and siblings, minimum $75.00 per group, not including snack if ordered.

Add a snack of apple cider donut and small cup of pasteurized cider for an additional $1.00 per person, Apple Field Trip plus snack price: $6.25 per person Cider Donut ingredients

PUMPKIN FIELD TRIP: Same Price as Apple Field Trip; substitute one small sugar pumpkin for all apples in Apple Field Trip.

COMBINATION TOUR: Activities include wagon ride around the orchard, picking 5 apples(1/4 peck bag), plus an apple to eat in the orchard, and choosing a small sugar pumpkin. Includes coloring book and sticker, and use of the Barnyard, Playground, and Picnic area.

PRICE: $6.75 per each person, including students, chaperones, and siblings, minimum $75.00 per group, not including snack if ordered.

When making reservations, please give us a number of students, adults, and teachers in your group. We require an adult to student ratio of one to five. All adults and siblings will be charged; we allow one free Teacher per 10 students for schools. Please choose one package for the entire group.

Trips are booked for Tuesdays - Fridays, September 11 through October 19. Available hours are between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm Tuesday through Thursday, 9:00 - 11:00 Fridays. Trips are scheduled every 15 minutes. Please allow a minimum of one and a half to two hours for your trip, with large groups requiring more time. We are located approximately 60 minutes by bus from downtown Boston, and approximately 20 minutes from downtown Worcester. We are located 1.5 miles from the Church St. Exit (#24) off I-290, ten minutes from I-495.

Preferred payment: check, Mastercard or Visa, one payment per trip. Personal, school or PTO checks are all acceptable. If you must pay by cash, convert small bills and coins to large bills. No bags of coin, no piles of singles will be accepted. We are trying to check in several groups simultaneously and cannot count all this small currency. Your trip will be delayed!!
