Strawberries are closed for 2007, check our picking page for our other crops.
Enjoy the early
summer sun in the berry patch or while sipping a strawberry
slush from the Tougas Farm Kitchen.
Strawberry picking begins early June and will run until
early July. The farm also offers a barnyard and playground for you and your family to enjoy after picking. Check

Today's Prices
The more you pick, the lower the price per pound goes! If
you need some ideas of what to do with your fruit when you
get home, pick up one of our free cookbooks at the farm or
go to the online cookbook for tips and ideas.
If your total purchase is:
- 0-10 pounds, the price is $2.50 /lb.
- 10 pounds or more $1.75 /lb
- There is a minimum charge of $2.00 per person (excluding
infants) to enter the fields
- no further discounts offered at this time

For
Your Visit to the Farm
-Pickyourown.org
has some helpful strawberry picking tips here
-Wear comfortable
clothes that can get dirty without care, and footwear that
is comfortable for walking. Wear sunscreen and hats.
-Remember that it can be cooler here in late spring and fall
because of our breezy location on the top of a hill, so bring
a sweater.
-We have new, handicapped accessible restrooms located
between the Kitchen and Barnyard.
-We
encourage you to reuse your picking trays.
-Wipe clean with a damp cloth after use, and bring back to
fill again.
-We close the fields when there is lightning in the area for
everyone's safety.
