Tougas Family Farm Kitchen

What better thing to do with our world class fruit then to bake with it! At the Tougas Family Farm Kitchen we use our own fruit to make our famous fruit crisps - yum. Be sure and try our equally famous apple cider donuts, fruit pies, ice cream and more.

For peach and apple season the kitchen offers farm-fresh apple cider donuts, pies, and our signature homemade apple-crisp! The smell of peach praline pie and peach cobbler is found around the farm. We bring back apple dumplings this year on a limited basis. All of these cannot compare to the excitement of the first batches of caramel apples and the spicy aroma of apple crisp and pumpkin pie in the cool air of the fall. How better can you spend a New England day in September and October than picking apples and a fresh slice of apple pie a-la-mode?

Now what do I do with all this great Tougas Farm Fruit? Thats a question we get a lot on the farm so we gathered up all our best reciepes and those of our loyal customers and printed a cookbook: now available right here. Also in the cookbook you'll find information about all our fruit and their picking seasons, enjoy!
